Handmade sinamay hat base. Pointed dome shape for greater coverage around the head. Base covers around the head and does not sit on top. Grosgrain-finished edge. Makes a perfect base for your unique costume, crafts, millinery creations. To wear, attach a comb, clip or headband (sold separately).
